It has been said it takes around 20-30 days to break a small habit, and around 6 solid weeks for the bigger ones. It is my attempt to break all small and larger habits that I’ve developed over the years. This includes nasty eating habits, getting myself into a state of feeling that “I’m ok!” and not wasting my money on shitty stuff that I will only horde because I don’t throw things out.
It’s about time to get rid of the negative and focus on the positive and it’s all about me.
